A three-story, 65,000-square-foot outpatient and clinical medical office building, known as the Speciality Center, is fully leased to Torrance Memorial Medical Center. The Torrance Memorial Specialty Center opened for business in August, 2013. Revive cafe, run by Mychal’s Learning Place is located on the first floor.
