The Beach Cities Media Campus is a 6.39-acre site on Rosecrans Avenue. Current plans involve construction of a 220,600 square foot creative office building and a 90,000 square foot studio and production facilities building. The larger East Building features a double-height open air lobby, 31,900 SF of terraces and a rooftop deck with views of the South Bay and ocean. The project is projected to break ground in 2021.
